I can confirm, it cannot be placed at a road size. But if you look at the preview pictures - it is not supposed to be placed there. It belongs to the _end_ of a road.
So it's a feature, not a bug.

This is buggy, it can't be placed on a road side, same with the dragon chinese.

Everytime i place this somewhere it says it need to be placed by road but when I do it wont let me spawn it. Please help!
