What would be perfect in a large retail space in the corner with a high ceiling? A gym for gymnastics of course! Inspired by a gymnastics gym in a shopping center in Houston but closed down and became a boxing gym I think.
This asset is an inner L piece for the Riverpark SC.

Part of Riverpark Shopping Center Volume Five: One Year Anniversary

I can confirm, it cannot be placed at a road size. But if you look at the preview pictures - it is not supposed to be placed there. It belongs to the _end_ of a road.
So it's a feature, not a bug.

This is buggy, it can't be placed on a road side, same with the dragon chinese.

Everytime i place this somewhere it says it need to be placed by road but when I do it wont let me spawn it. Please help!
