Anyone have an idea of the cause?
Thanks!
kinda sucks having spartans and everyone has this 1 dull color..... would be awesome if anyone knows how to fix this or if there is a way to fix it at all.....
i got all my spartan armor i have no problems with this mod at all i literally just can not access visor colors literally my only problem. .-.
Thank you.
Seems like something that would both solve the problems AND give far greater colour options.
Hence why the scriptless version exists
Presumably script-less, of course.
to do that you copy the URL page. mine is 268500 then i open it and this mods number is 1235801965. hopefully that works
There's always going to be someone that wants some helmets to have different colors to make troops feel more unique, or have more variety, or whatever, and other people that want all helmets to be uniform. I honestly can't do anything about that if it doesn't involve the visor color script. I chose to go the variety route.
Sorry.
I'm assuming the scriptless version will have one version of each helmet, rather than a seperate helmet for each visor colour? Unless it's possible to hide them when you're not using a Mjolnir torso and hiding all regular helmets when you are, I imagine it would be cluttered.
Personally, I'm hoping they'll all be gold. The primary reason I still use this version instead of trying the non-WotC scriptless is the visors of my Spartans are at least consistent with this one, even if it forces them to all be silver.
So basically lets say you wanted to add a helmet to all the classes you'd need an entry for EACH class for that helmet alone.
I mean you can always do things faster with regular expressions but I didn't know how to do that back then so I did it by hand. I'll see if I can release the WotC version of this mod without the visor color script.
Speaking of which, would you be able to make the armour usable on custom classes? I can only seem to use it on the vanilla classes without the "Unrestricted Customisation" mod active. In my experience, that mod seems to be what disables the visor option.
You'd actually need to open it and change the material color vector settings for each helmet visor.
In fact I've tried many alternatives but the issue is that that would require having so many versions of the mod that it would be ridiculous.
If you need any help feel free to message me or comment here again.
