yea, i trying to resolve this tech, as germany had tank technology IV in 1908 :D.. i trying and playing to orientate in reserch tree, it will take time, and i will relase it in next update, i will too look on serbia, thanx for these informations. :D

I can abuse the ♥♥♥♥ outta the tech its still 1900 and i can research 1918 weapons can u fix this somehow??? also africa has low manpower and low resources i can see u put a lot of work just trying to help you out ;P
