New century of 20th was started, and many nations strugling to survive, The new age is rising, The Age of Technology

Starting Time: 1. 1.1900

Strongest Nations: Russian Empire, USA, UK, Germany, Austria-Hungary, Italy, Ottoman Empire, Empire of Japan and France

* Edited Unit, Technology Templates to make game more realistic to its Time
* Infantry Are Powerfull in Defense but need to be outnumbered when attack
* Cavalry Are Strong in Attack but alone will be un-usefull
* Tanks are pretty overpowered :) (will decrase attack power, Incrase Defence and incrase their cost and
maintance to halt their spaming)
* Aircraft are not so strong in fight, mainly vs Land Units
* All states starts with low number of technology (historicaly Europeans (Russia, Japan, Australia, NZ)(
starts with better technology level)

* China: I splited China to Chinese Goverment (China), Their Puppets (Regions), Syndicate, and Communists
(Chinese Communist, Yunnan authority). because by experience china when have enough time can be
unrealisticaly powerfull. But if you want to play for china and to be strong, annex all pupets and job is done :3.
