Can't really mod the Hoverbike to act like a car. It would need a lot of work in the .lua file of it and will probably end up crashing other people if you use it in multiplayer. There's mods out there to make the jeep obtainable or you can just do /admin in singleplayer then do /spawnvehicle jeep

And i had other plans for the hoverbike already :P

you know since you did this for the jeep which is normally unobtainable could you do this for the hoverbike? Maybe adapt the sprite a bit to make it work better, or just the music would be ok really, but I just really want to see it done with an in game item. (also do a gas gas gas variant for the hoverbike too if you do decide to do it please)
