It's called TUMTaRA (The Ultimate Mod Testing and Review Area) by Funreal.
I got it from l4dmaps.com , but I use an old version that isn't available anymore.
I'm sure there's nothing wrong with the new one, but I'm used to the old one and don't want to switch.

I can't do either of those things, you'll need to ask someone that is able to do real 3D modeling. All I can really do is retexture stuff both due to a lack of knowledge about 3D modeling and a lack of good software.

what about a eqistria zombie contol pony its a pony skinthat replaces bill with a pony in a hazmat suit a yelow one but the very top of the hooves that part is black.

I've seen a pinkie pie axe from someone else before, actually. I used it for a while. I know it's on L4Dmaps.com . Search for it, it's pretty good.
