Twilight Sparkle Frying Pan and Axe

This was my first attempt at making a mod.

If you're wondering why It's both pan and axe, it's because they use the same file, so any attempt to keep them separate will completely and utterly fail.

I made it using GIMP by getting the parts I wanted changed selected and then colorizing them to 290, 25, 35 (I had a color reference that I looked at as I changed them), and then I just copy + pasted the cutie mark on the axe then I did the same to the pan, but I did it twice and cropped the parts that hung off on each side. If anyone has any advice on if this is a good way to go about it, tell me. I'll take any advice from anyone that actually knows what they're doing, 'cuz I sure don't. If you do give advice, though, please tell me how to do whatever it is that you're telling me to do because I probably don't know how.

I actually happened to make this the day that Steam Workshop got added to L4D2. Pure luck, really. I guess it's a little cheap to just add a simple single-file, texture mod for a first day workshop item, but... meh... it's not like I expect it to be put in the game or anything stupid like that.

Note: Attentive users will notice that the weapons aren't exactly purple. That's the lighting. In the texture file it's totally purple. I haven't had a chance to try it out in a campaign yet, but it'll probably be purple there. I used a custom map by funreal with help on "major issues" by Doctor Haus and Raymen. Look it up on l4dmaps.com as "The Ultimate Mod Testing and Review Area" and... well... it's exactly what it promises. It has every model or texture you could ever possibly want to change in a segregated, well-lit area (except for one completely black room that has all the weapon/items a second time, presumably so you can check if your mod that makes medkits glow in the dark works).

Note MK II: Checked again, apparently the mod just acts up when you take a screenshot. It's purple until you take a screenshot at which point it becomes (and stays) pink. So. Uhm. Yeah. I haven't the slightest clue how to fix that, and I don't really see it as *that* big of a problem.

I dunno if I have to have this in here, but I'd rather be safe than sorry: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is owned by Hasbro, and I claim absolutely no ownership of it.

Update: (This is tiny, but I made a typo in the little bit of text that decides what to display as the person that made the mod, so there's really no reason to re-download it, but I wanted to make sure that any new people to download it had the right thing)
