like possibly the shield block sound to the sound effect when you hit a zero? using effect 1111 for the charge sound of staves works too.

oooh no no no, theres a process for it. You should look up a mod guide for starbound.

I would recommend first looking up how to unpack the starbound assets and start from there. It's much more easier than you think.

Im still not seeing it, is it somewhere else than D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound? (Which is where my Starbound is at)

"sfx/humanoid/"

They'll have "hurt" in the file names. there are 3 of each but I'm pretty sure you only need to edit the first one labeled with "1"

little heads up: all the sound files are not labeled, only numbered. the player hurt sound was only sound "72" so I was a bit lucky.

@Holiness I looked up "runescape 2007 sound effects" on google and downloaded the 2800+ old school runescape sound effects pack (its the youtube video thats in all caps lock)

I remember the download link being in the comments

Where do you find hurt soundeffect files anyway? I want to edit mine but i don't know where the files are at.
