I had already researched everything and didn't want to rebuild the research benches and wait for the research so I just debugged it so there is a tiny possibility that the research might not work, but I doubt it. I can confirm the crafting works fine though, even with about 70 other mods alongside.

Locate the Work Amount lines. These show what the author lists - 1300 and 1900. If you are expecting these tasks to take much more effort, pick how long you think it should take and multiply by 60.
For example, crafting a sniper rifle takes "917" seconds, which would be 55025 Work Amount. The problem: There is no "Unfinished" item that is created by the materials. If the job is interrupted for ANY reason, you start it all over from scratch.
I've seen it so rarely that I've actually forgetten that it's something in the game.
