Craftable Synthetics Continued [1.4+]

Hi,

I decided to fork and update troopersmith1s version of this mod so it works for 1.4.
He re-uploaded the mod from its original creator 2ndNegative, who I have credited in this mod as well. (See below)
I will, like troopersmith1, remove this mod if the original creator 2ndNegative wishes me to do so, or if he re-updates his own version.
