With Skaven i think this reverts the changes to the building tree With the slave wheel sense it was removed but is back with your mod
When viewing certain factions buildings in the build menu.
I wish the author of this amazing mod would make a separate one that was just the x2 tech times as that would be much more compatible with other mods.
Note: Please be aware the new game update has caused a bug with the launcher. For many people, the mod launcher will not load multiple mods, they end up just not working at all.
I think this crashes the Sartosa campaign when you finish researching a tech.
I was crashing when I tried to save or advance a turn after researching "Salvage Crew" and turning this mod off fixed it.
