With just a glance, the only possible thing could have come from Eternaween of Relten.
But even then I can't see any sprite that are similar.

Congrats doing that ! It'll be nice for dynamic and active servers.
I agree with someone below, it could be done for all other major holidays (publish them for the time at the beginning of said holidays to have maximum effect :p). Good job !

maybe add some halloween outfit and decor to the shops. Maybe a walking pumpkin egg or pumpkin seeds from the terramart?

I like this. A small change that makes the game more festive. Perhaps one for the major holidays? Maybe even an item, or a few items, sold special there for each, such as a Saint Patric's day one selling ale.

Is this simply a cosmetic change or does it add stuff?
