I think the block you're looking for in that image is the alliance sloped panel from the Elithian Races mod. Sorry if that's not what you're looking for.

That's great!
However, I was kind of expecting there to be a borderless sloped block.
If you look at this Spaceship image (which is at the bottom of this comment), there are lots of sloped blocks without a border around them. I like these kind of blocks because you can get really creative and make nice designs.
I looked on Reddit and the Steam Workshop all day to find a block exactly how i described it. Then i realised that the block that i was seeing is actually a custom block. I was desparate for a new custom block so i looked at a couple of tutorials and then gave it a go...
And got absolutely nowhere. XD
I would like it if you added a new, paintable sloped borderless block.

There hasn't been any updates to this mod or the base game, only way it wouldn't work is if a mod updated and somehow conflicted, which is highly unlikely.

Because of updates and things possibly changing in some way over time.

I'll try this and the other stuff myself anyway though. Better than dirt and stone staircases.

how do i acquire them

I am unsure if this is possible, but are you able to lower the time it takes to break the hull panel blocks so they are equal with the base-game versions? I always have a hard time working with these because of that.

@Cynic I looked at Natural Slopes replacing Dramatic Terrain, but Sloped Glass Blocks as well as More Sloped Blocks add blocks. I also need to change the original blocks and I do not want to get a ship out of the ground, because it is already built without mods

@Mozetronick I have a mod that replaces most natural blocks. It doesn't do all of them because to change a block involves respriting it completely, which is quite a lot of work for more than a couple at a time.

Why this mod can't replace all blocks angles like Dramatic Terrain?

@An Actual Menu This mod is server side, since it adds new blocks. You should be fine to use it on a server where not everyone has the mod as long as you don't use the blocks from it though.

There's a list of spawn codes in the mod description. Type "/admin" to go into admin mode, and then "/spawnitem [spawncode] [number]", without square brackets.

@MB62 If you installed the mod after making your character, it may not have the recipies, so you'll need to spawn them in.

I love these new hull tiles, and I would like to suggest some ideas to add new ones that I am sure everyone will like:

hull tiles "bright":
there is no need to say why this type of tiles would be used, the advantage of replacing the lamps with a luminous wall, which implies that we can add more objects to our rooms without affecting the performance of the game, If you can also paint it will be a success.

Hull transparent tiles (without light):
Let's see if I explain how this type works since it is uncommon, normal transparent tiles do 2 things:
a- allow to see the bottom of the screen (and if there is a tile behind too)
b- allow the passage of light so that the room looks more illuminated.

however in frackin universe, there are some tiles that are transparent but do not allow the passage of light, a clear example is the glass sand, I suggest creating a transparent hull tile with this type of effect.

(Perfect for rounding out madtulips spaceships, especially since his glass tileset isn't nearly as pretty!)

@GoldenstarArtist I've not put any of my mods up on download anywhere, I've got no idea how to. I don't mind anyone using my mods on their servers. Starbound comes with an asset unpacker. If you find the workshop .pak file and use the unpacker on it it should give you the mod's files. Here's a guide on it, Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks! The other sloped glass mod I found couldn't get the glass lines to work right, so these are so much nicer.

@Audie Thanks for telling me, guess I forgot to test all of the drops. It should be fixed now. I've also changed the trimless glass panel spawn code to glasstrimless, since glasstrans wasn't the best.
@[Ω]Victoria Thanks! It's a shame that Chucklefish didn't add more slopes. It'd be amazing if there was a system like there is in terraria, but instead we're limited to certain blocks :/

I like you dude, I really do. I now finaly can make the sloped windows in my base. What do you do. You add trimless 1 day later... Now I have to replace my windows again.. Annyway,.. Thanks for the mod.. And I hope for more slopes by modmakers like you or that 1.4 adds some oficial variants to the mix.

When you break a Dark Colourful Hull Panel that's been placed in the world, it drops a regular Colourful Hull Panel instead. Love the mod btw!

Ah, I see. I was simply curious to try and reduce the overall amount of mods I had. Either way, I'm diggin' this pack here.

@Zombro I may eventually make some sloped variants for other blocks too. One mod that I use has some sloped blocks in it. There is a lot of themed blocks in it, but the sloped ones are for the teir 6 furniture themes.

Currently conflicts with Cloth Blocks mod by Chewbarcus - both the cloth blocks and newslopes_colourful share a material id of 711

I should edit my last post. A friend of mine subbed to the mod and the slopes go either way- up or down. My next question would be if the author has any intentions of making more than one material be it wood, durasteel, etc?

How about trimless glass panels? Or even a variant of the standard wall panel that works like the other new panels?
