I just tested and all working fine. Remember these are in the freight market not as an owned trailers. When taking a freight market load just choose any box trailer combination then go to pick up trailer. When picking up trailer click the gear cog in the lower left corner and then select the Preston skin. Take job and go

This needs to be worked on some more to where it can be on SCS trailers

I noticed that this doesn't show up on the SCS trailers. I think Preston bought a fleet of Internationals as well.

FLB works fine, but trailer does not appear at pickup.

It's an american made cab-over but let's face it, after Mercedes-Benz/Daimlier acquired Freightliner, just as Volvo had bought out Mack, their trucks went to crap in about no time flat. At least when things happened like Mack buying out Brockway, International buying out Marmon, and White buying out Diamond Reo/Diamond T they kept all the quality and durability the consumers had come to expect from said companies. Not like today...

Willig, Preston, Overnite, Pitt Ohio, NEMF, C.F, Roadway, (Merged with Yellow Co.) were all excellent 'Fallen Flag' companies.

I think we are both right in that it could be a combination of factors that led to their ultimate and maybe even untimely demise from long haul trucking fleets.

@MackSuperlinerFan: That's not the reason. We have the stupid bridge formula in the US, and it limits trucks to something like 15,000 pounds on the front axle, and cabovers usually exceed that.

@hankpresecan Cabovers went away in America due to the fact that they don't get the fuel mileage that the anteater trucks get.

Yeah I don't know why we no longer have cabovers in America. There is no real advantage to the current American style trucks we have, apart from driver safety, in certain situations. The worst part is that Freightliner still sells brand-new Argosy trucks in Australia, and they are nice...

Its a shame cabovers have gone away. My Dad was a truck driver and he owned a 1964 Ford Cabover H-Series with a sleeper . And he said that a cabover sat up high where you can see much better then the trucks with a hood
