@Weed Exterminator Alright I wish you the best of luck with the upcoming city :) I've personally stayed away from the 1.5 versions as they never do well and I personally never use them, so there's bascially no point imo

Oh, and one more comment... I've noticed some critic of 1-1 scale towers on the workshop, but i personally prefer them to 1.5-1 scale as those often aren't retextured for the new size and end up looking out of scale as a consequence. Keep going with what you are doing, your buildings are really nice. Got a long way to go before I get that project of mine up and running, but if I ever do get there, you can be sure that your work will be featured in there.

I guess I didn't recognise them. I do already have them subscribed, but I haven't used em yet. Future projects! I'm going to be working on the Cleyra map which has quite a bit of elevations, several island and a good amount of beachfront real estate. They'll look great somewhere in there.

I guess that's the building in the first picture. I'm sorry, I should have been more specific. The workshop does rotate images. You see it in the second picture further in the background, and again, here in the first picture.

@Weed Exterminator I have both rico and not so unique enabled and i can't place more than one in my cities.

Does not connect to the road on the flat side but on the round side.

Otherwise, I'm curious.... what's that building behind in the first screenshot?

@Fackfobund You can use the Not So Unique mod for that. It enables you to plop several copies of any unique building you have. Otherwise, this asset is Rico enabled. Rico enables buildings with footprints larger than the 4x4 growables to be residences, offices, industrial, or in this case, commercial buildings. You should try it out. There are a ton of amazing Rico buildings out there and I've got a few collection dedicated to those if you are curious.
