What a fun mini-story! I loved the whimsical details you added: the epitaphs on the tombstones, all of the skull's dialog, the rivalry between the alchemists (they sound exactly like real-world academics sniping at each other). The puzzle design was fun, too. Even the journal updates were fun, especially the entry noting that the talking skull seems to like shiny objects. Thanks for making this, as well as all the Youtube tutorials you've made for the D:OS2 engine. Great work!

This is great! However my one point of feedback is that there needs to be some hint that Hawthorne is outside the dungeon, as I think about half of players will rush into the dungeon and neglect to explore the exterior. Though I think you get it from the rats as well.

Heh, yeah, fix is simpler than anticipated. Just need to fix one story goal and rebuild the whole thing. I have a working version now. I should be able to upload the new version tonight. Thanks again!

Larian is great for fixes and updates, but I do find they are so broad and sweeping that they do tend to break at least one thing in my campaigns each time.

@BrokenSh1eld, @The Kool-Aid Man - Ouch! Thank you for the report. Indeed, Larian shuffled a bunch of stuff around in their last big patch and this has pretty well broken all the scripts in this module. I will work a revised version and upload it ASAP. Sorry for not catching this sooner. :-/

Ran into the same problem as Kool-Aid Man down there, no key and can't break down the door. Am we missing something? Inventory has no key and the crates behind the house didn't yeild a key .

The crypt key doesn't seem to spawn for me. I've tried starting the campaign using a few different setups, doesn't seem to make a difference. Something to do with the recent patch perhaps?

It's nice to see a custom quest out in the wild. It's creative and in-depth, which I like. The density of things with importance is about what I would expect from an official Larian quest. The dialogue was a bit lacking but totally fine. The biggest gripe I had with this adventure was the potion puzzle. It just wasn't clear enough. The hawthorne ingredient was too hard to find as well.

Overall, I liked it. Thanks for making it.

@Clownsparade - Yes, that should be possible. There are localization folders to enable this kind of thing, though not having done it myself, I couldn't provide all the details on how to do it.

@Slope - Thank you! Yes, we had one week full time and then a few weeks at home to try and have this ready at release so making a lot of content would have been hard, especially with learning the editor all at the same time. We definitely have plans for the future for a real campaign. :-)

That was really fun! Kind of short, but that's okay. It takes a while to get these custom campaigns playable and I commend anyone who can do it right, regardless of campaign length. Good job! I hope to see more.

@Faris - Yeah, character creation does not come for free and you have to modify some of the story scripting to tell the game to load your level when done character creation. Larian is currently updating their wiki to give a step by step process so stay tuned to the page My first Adventure [docs.larian.game]. If you need some help getting up and running I would suggest popping into the #editor channel of the community Discord or posting in the Larian forums in the modding section. It would be tough to debug together in workshop comments. :)

@kelly - You begin in a cemetery outside. Did you start a new story from the main menu? Make sure to disable other Add-Ons for GM mode if you have them, there is a bug right now with mods that are made for both story and GM mode that breaks character creation.

@huoxin - You can find how to get setup with the editor at the Larian Wiki [docs.larian.game]. Just click on setup from that URL and then look at the setup for Steam.
