I did when i released that ragdoll, noone replied to my request, even when i asked if i can pay for it.

They didn't accepted because they said, it's kinda a old game, old ragdoll and such...

Even if you use her as a playable character, it will make you in a T-Pose, because she's not rigged, she's a ragdoll.

Good luck to find someone who would rig her to be a cool playermodel.
