I founf this in a Devil Deal while i forgot i had it installed, turned out a pretty fun item, good job.

IDK why, I was kind of expecting it as a Charge item, (Like Brimstone and such), where Isaac just barfs up a Swarm of flies like the Mummy or something.

Krøn, I think you're right. Because It doesn't seem to be as strong as other items that cost 2 hearts. So I now changed it to cost 1 heart.

I think that costume sprite could use a little work. The edges should be darker than the face

Locus of Death dont fear and can only spawn 1 per room though
