描述

Unleash death upon your enemies!

This item gives you 22% chance to spawn a Black Locust every time you kill an enemy. When the Black Locust damage an enemy he also apply the fear effect!

The chance to spawn a Black Locust scales with your luck. You get +2% for every luck. MAX 40% chance at 9 luck.

The flies from Locust of Death trinket will also fear enemies, so its a good thing to have this trinket with this item.

Found in the Devil Room. Cost 1 heart.

IDK why, I was kind of expecting it as a Charge item, (Like Brimstone and such), where Isaac just barfs up a Swarm of flies like the Mummy or something.
