It may be possible, but I don't have Starbound installed and I am quite busy right now. Might take a look at it if I find some time.

what if you add a version of it that's basically like the.. that mob that you can beat up and stuff? punchy?

well they're cute and i like them. lol
small suggestion: can you make it so they can be placed anywhere, even in mid-air?
not a huge priority or anything. just thought it'd be nice to have them actually be kinda useful xD (i forgot if i can stand on them or not)

To clarify: The weighted companion cube will never threaten to stab you and, in fact, cannot speak. So do not worry.

There is a completely functioning Portal gun in starbound. My friend made one Vanilla Compatible using starbound commands. I wish i had one myself but my friend wont share :P
