Tweaked crafting recipes - gold and silver now slower to process, but don't require coal (as coal has been enabled as a fuel.)

Patched the amazing fuel tweaks which caused CTD because of unnecessary bits in my .sbc. Sorry about that!

Added coal & charcoal as fuels, tweaked burning time and fuel compatibility of other items.

Patched to stop CTD exception when loading in singleplayer worlds.

Overhauled explosive damage scripting to use component system instead of hacky subtype info.
Fixed "Inventory Full" issue when mining custom voxels.

Remodelled and retextured all ore and ingot types.
Retextured powder keg.
Changed gold & silver ingot types to "low-grade" to distinguish from the high-value currency gold ingots in peaceman's Trading Post mod.
Added crafting recipes to allow buying and selling of all items in the Trading Post.

Changed code to consolidate chain explosions (six nearby barrels exploding will cause one big bang, not six little ones.)

Tweaked icon for gunpowder pouch, and made it (mildly) explosive! Should only be set off by bigger explosions... I think...
