Third Update

- Very slight optimization (Made textures players cannot see invisible, reduced cubemap size)
- Made all boards breakable
- Small edits to the nav mesh (made it cleaner)

Added a room that allows players to toggle the following:
- Fog
- Perk Machines
- Boards
