Fixed bug for some nation specific missions.

Removed the "can only develop away from a good if you have another copy of" rule.

Increased the impact of the recently changed goods modifier from Local Goods Produced -5% to -20%, but now lasts for 10 years instead of 30 years.

Bengali dyes event has been reworked and added back, now requires capital outside of the Indian subcontinent instead of in Europe and no longer changes some provinces to Dyes, instead gives 2 production development in all owned Dyes provinces on the Indian subcontinent.

Added the Test Building from the Beta. This building costs 0 and builds instantly and allows you to test what goods you can develop in a province.

Tradegoods:

Gems
Gems can now be found when prospecting. It has 1% chance of being found in Mountains, Hills and Highlands and 1% chance of being found in Desserts after admin tech 13.
Trading in Gems now gives Yearly Prestige +1 instead of Yearly Inflation Reduction +0.05.

Livestock
Livestock can now be developed in any non-arctic province.
Trading in Livestock now gives National Manpower +10% instead of Cavalry Cost -10%.

Incense
Incense can now be developed in any non-arctic province.
Trading in Incense now gives National Tax +10% instead of Tolerance of the True Faith +0.5.

Tar
Tar can now be developed in any coastal Forrest, or in any Forrest, Woods or Hills province in the Chesapeake Bay trade node. Previously required 16 development coastal Woods or any coastal Forrest or any province in the Chesapeake Bay trade node.

Tropical Woods
Tropical Woods can now be developed in any tropical Forrest, Woods, Jungle or Hills. Previously only Jungles and Hills in Southeast Asia.

Vanilla
Developing Vanilla in Central American Jungles now requires 15 development, previously 18 development.

Cheese
Trading in Cheese now gives Fort Defense +15% instead of Garrison Size +25%.
The local bonus of Chese is now Trade Value +10% instead of Local Fort Defense +15%.

Fur
Trading in Fur now gives Land Attrition -10% instead of Yearly Prestige +0.5.

Wool
Trading in Wool now gives Land Attrition -10% instead of Ship Cost -5%.

Cotton
Trading in Cotton now gives Global Trade Power +10%, instead of Settler Growth +20.

Chinaware
Price increased from 3 to 3.5.
Trading in Chinaware now gives Provincial Trade Power +20% instead of Domestic Trade Power +10%.

Tobacco
Trading in Tobacco now gives Foreign Trade Power +20% instead of +10%.

Beer
Trading in Beer now gives Monthly War Exhaustion -0.03 instead of Attrition for Enemies +1.

Iron
Trading in Iron now gives Yearly Army Tradition +0.5 instead of Production Efficiency +5%.

Copper
Trading in Copper now gives Siege Ability +10% instead of Production Efficiency +5%.

Sulfur
Trading in Sulfur now gives Military Technology Cost -10% instead of Production Efficiency +5%.

Zinc
Trading in Zinc now gives Artillery Cost -10% instead of Production Efficiency +5%.

Lead
Trading in Lead now gives Infantry Cost -10% instead of Production Efficiency +5%.

Dyes
The local bonus of Dyes is now Local Trade Power +10% instead of +20%

Optics
Price increased from 3 to 4.

Updateded to 1.23 Persia patch.

For the two new tradegoods that allready existed in the mod we mostly merged the bonuses they had with the new bonuses paradox added:

Paper's local bonus is now -10% local state mantenance, while retaining the -10% core creation cost for trading in.

Glass' local bonus retains both the trade power local bonus and the technology cost trading in bonus.

Livestock, Incence and Gems keep their vanilla bonuses for now.

With the adittion of the Farm Estate the Guild House has been removed.

Restricted Wine requirements, now requires mild winter or no winter.
Fixed Wool requirements bug.
Fixed not being able to develop wool in Colonial Nations.
Restricted Horses requirements, now requires temperate or arid climate.
Fixed Leather local bonus bug.
Fixed bug where finding Gold when prospecting for metals didn't give you any ducats.
