- Rebalanced general loot so you aren't getting a range finder every 3 feet. Moved items, clothing, magazines and food into single spawn chance so those 4 spawn types should be dramatically improved.

- Changed to 3 loot types: General, Transit, Military
- Rebalanced General loot spawn to give a better variety
- Added a rare 'Crate' loot spawn. Crates come in 2 different types: "General", "Military". Crates will spawn with a various number of items. Weapons in crates will spawn with at least 1 magazine. Magazines in crates could spawn for other weapons

- Updated to automatically detect Heros Survive and spawn loot if enabled. If no Heros Survive detected then food loot will not be spawned.
