Some balance (#3578)

* Black King Bar active cooldown reduced from 60 to 50 seconds.
* Black King Bar active duration rescaled from 6/6.5/7/7.5/8 to 7 seconds.
* Black King Bar active bonus magic resistance increased from 50% to 50/55/60/65/70%.
* Blade of Judecca active cooldown increased from 15 to 25 seconds.
* Blade of Judecca mute duration reduced from 4 to 3/3.5 seconds.
* Enrage Crystal passively now also provides 22/24/26% slow resistance.
* Enrage Crystal bonus strength reduced from 40/60/85 to 35/55/80. (same as BKB)
* Enrage Crystal active cooldown increased from 20/15/10 to 30/24/18 seconds.
* Enrage Crystal active debuff immunity duration increased from 1 to 2 seconds.

* Fixed Bristleback proccing large number of Quill Sprays when having scepter and taking dmg directly from the back (at 0 degrees angle).

Windranger Level 10 Talent -5% Powershot damage reduction improved to -10%.
Winter Wyvern Winter's Curse nearby allies check timer increased at OAA levels from 2.5 to 3.5/4.5 seconds.
Witch Doctor Death Ward cooldown increased from 60 to 90/80/70/65/60 seconds.


Re-enable Greater tranquil boots (#3577)

Illusions and Meepo Clones no longer benefit from Tree Protection.
Tree Protection buff on allies is now dispellable.
Fixed found client errors.
Disabled particles and vision dummy unit that maybe cause crashes.
Tree Protection buff (not passive) now provides flying vision.
Sprouted enemies are now partially visible through fog of war.


Modifiers october 2023 (#3576)

* Hero modifier lists are now alphabetical again. No longer sorted from newest to oldest.
* Disabled Smurf and White Queen modifiers.
* Enabled Brute, Explosive Death and Splasher modifiers again.
* Chaos modifier: chaotic modifiers (modifiers with downsides or penalties) and non-standalone modifiers will now be prioritized when you random a modifier on respawn.
* New standalone modifiers: Speedster and Universal


Spiked Mail and Stoneskin (#3575)

* Fixed Spiked Mail not reflecting damage of spells that have 'Pierces Debuff Immunity' set to 'No' in the spell tooltip.
* Fixed tooltips of Spiked Mail and BKB being wrong. Spiked Mail doesn't do damage through Debuff Immunity anymore. Immunity to reflected damage is now a part of Debuff Immunity state and can't be seperated. Thanks Valve.
* Spiked Mail can now be used while stunned.
* Spiked Mail no longer has mana cost (reduced from 75 to 0).
* Stoneskin Armor active bonus armor increased from 100 to 100/200.

Compendium update (#3572)

* Fixed custom shields not showing current and max shield hp above normal health.
* Disabled Greater Tranquil Boots temporarily
* Magic Lamp cooldown increased from 25 to 65 seconds.
* Wraith King Reincarnation scepter cooldown reduction decreased from 40 to 30 seconds.
* Deleted compiled vtex and vmat files so they don't get constantly recompiled each time you launch tools.

Bosses & Status Resist + some balance (#3571)

* Heroes and Items:
Bubble Orb knockback stun duration increased from 0.5 to 1 second.
Bubble Orb knockback stun is now affected by status resistance.
Chatterjee Cleansing Shock bouncing will now prioritize closest heroes/units instead of random.
Fixed Spiked Mail passive damage return being partially blocked with Damage Block when the returned damage type is physical.
Ghost King Bar active no longer provides additional 30% healing amplification.
Ghost King Bar cooldown reduced from 15 to 13 seconds (same as Holy Locket).
Ghost King Bar max number of charges increased from 20 to 25.
Phantom Assassin Phantom Strike cast range rescaled from 600/700/800/900/1000/1100 to 1000 at all levels.

* Neutral Creeps and Bosses:
Fixed Lycan Boss Rupture Ball piercing Debuff Immunity.
Fixed Mini Rosh Root revealing units under Slark's Depth Shroud.
Fixed Spider Boss spiders combustion piercing Debuff Immunity.
Harpy Storm Null Field negative magic resistance aura improved from -15% to -17%
Lycan Boss is now Spell Immune during Lunge.
Mini Rosh Root is now affected by status resistance.
Mini Rosh Tenacity bonus status resistance increased from 35% to 50%.
Slime Boss Acid Rain no longer tries to damage wards and similar things.
Weaver Boss Headbutt knockback now stuns.

(Also, if Silencer Glaives of Wisdom bounces or Witch Doctor Death Ward bounces look strange in some way let me know.)
Maybe fixed Tinkerer's Keen Nodes being pulled with Enigma Black Hole.
Maybe fixed Wanderer Boss glitching out sometimes while casting abilities.
Optimised some code: Replaced FIND_CLOSEST with FIND_ANY_ORDER where the finding order doesn't matter.
Removed some dead code
Updated bunch of boss ability tooltips

* Tiny Grow bonus armor increased from 10/15/20/25/30 to 10/17/24/31/38.
* Tiny Grow bonus toss damage increased at max level from 1300 to 1600.
* Hurricane Pike recipe cost increased from 100 to 350.
* Hurricane Pike bonus intelligence increased from 15/20/30/45/65 to 20/25/35/50/70.

* Splash Cannon bonus intelligence increased from 45/65 to 50/70.

* Meepo Together We Stand damage reduction now works only for Meepo clones.

* Made Magma boss Volcano indicator more noticeable. (this should also fix the indicator particle staying forever on the map)

added missing info_player_start and increased player starts to 10 per team - this will maybe fix the crashes at the start.

Modifiers september 2023 (#3563)

* Disabled ARDM.
* Disabled Hyper Lifesteal, Pro Active, Diarrhetic, Rend, Explosive Death, Brute, Brawler, Hybrid and Splasher modifiers.
* Titan's Soul is now also a standalone modifier.
* Titan's Soul primary attribute multiplier increased from 1.75x to 2x
* Titan's Soul damage radius increased from 200 to 300.
* Chaos modifier new modifiers: Diarrhetic, Duelist and Boss Killer.
* Fate's Weakness bonus magic resistance increased from 50% to 75%.
* Diarrhetic modifier no longer reduces poop ward cooldowns.
* Hyper Active modifier now works normally for Venomancer Plague Wards.
* Hyper Active modifier now works normally for some items.
* New standalone modifiers (also added to Chaos modifier pool):
1) White Queen: Debuff protection and damage reduction while channeling and casting abilities.
2) Octarine Soul: 0.08% cooldown reduction per point of Intelligence.
3) Smurf: Grants 10 strength per hero level. You are smaller but have 25% evasion, 15% damage reduction and most spells' and items' AoEs are decreased by 50%.
