Power Spark changes (#3529)

* Power Spark aura is now global.
* Power Spark damage block now also works on the main hero.
* Power Spark damage block chance increased from 50% to 75%.


New boss icons (#3527)

* color coded numerical icons for bosses


Mostly fixes and some balance tweaks

* Leshrac Pulse Nova mana cost per second increased from 25/45/65/85/105 to 30/50/70/90/110.
* Glimmer Cape 1 recipe cost increased from 350 to 750.
* Glimmer Cape 2 recipe cost being 3500 instead of 1500.
* Heart of Tarrasque active is now properly applied to all your illusions while your original hero has the buff. It doesn't matter when the illusions are created. Buff duration is now the same on your hero and your illusions.
* Fixed Aeon Disk blocking damage before reductions instead of after.
* Fixed Refresher Orb providing hp regen. (it shoudn't)
* Fixed Refresher Orb upgrades not providing the same mana regen as Octarine Core upgrades.
* Fixed Bloodstone active duration being 6 seconds instead of 5 seconds.
* Fixed Bloodstone not sharing cooldown with Blood Core upgrades.
* Improved and fixed various tooltips.

Some Morph and Spell Steal fixes (#3525)

* Fixed Morphling having 2 Nether Wards when morphing into Pugna.
* Fixed Morphling having 2 Demonic Conversions when morphing into Pugna.
* Fixed stolen Nether Ward (with Rubick Spell Steal) not working.
* Fixed Elder Dragon Form passive not getting removed when stolen Elder Dragon Form expires.

modifier_kill and ForceKill fixes (#3524)

* Fixed some dead units not being removed from memory.
* Fixed Far Sight revealing a small area to enemies through fog of war. (If there are client crashes let me know)

Pugna Nether Ward fix + Custom Talent System update (#3523)

* Fixed not being able to target Nether Ward lvls 5-6 with Decrepify.
* Fixed not being able to target Nether Ward lvls 5-6 with Life Drain (when having aghanim shard).
* Custom talent system now supports various types of talents and not just additive ones.

Modifiers June 2023 (To be continued...) (#3519)

* New modifier: Moriah's Shield - Grants a shield that absorbs 50% of incoming damage in exchange for mana. Most spells have health cost instead of mana cost.
* Random Surprise will no longer random Diarrhetic modifier.
* Enabled Attack Range Switch modifier.
* Disabled Drunkard modifier (Chaos still has it).
* Splasher splash radius increased from 275 to 300.
* Blood Magic health cost multiplier reduced from 3 to 2.5.
* Brawler bonus movement speed per stack changed from +5% to +2 flat.
* Chaos: Added Moriah's Shield, Glass Cannon and Roshan's Body modifiers to all modifier pools.
* Cursed Attack no longer reduces attack damage by 125.
* Diarrhetic now spawns a sentry ward if there is a pooped observer ward nearby.
* Drunkard attack and spell crit chance increased from 12% to 15%.
* Drunkard avoid damage chance increased from 12% to 15%.
* Drunkard single target spell miss chance reduced from 25% to 15%.
* Drunkard: Fixed spell miss not working on any unit.
* Drunkard: Fixed spell miss target being the caster most of the time.
* Drunkard single target spell miss now ignores most problematic and instant kill abilities.
* Stun Immunity damage output penalty increased from 30% to 35%.
* Stun Immunity renamed to White Queen Immunity.
* Hybrid attack damage per cooldown increased from 1 to 2.
* Magus: Added the following abilities to the black list:

Balance tweaks 1 (#3516)

* Bane Fiend's Grip damage reduced at OAA levels from 470/870 to 390/550.
* Bane Fiend's Grip scepter cooldown reduction decreased from 45 to 35.
* Mirana Moonlight Shadow fade time increased from 2.5/2/1.5/1.25/1 to 2.5/2.25/2/1.75/1.5 seconds.
* Mirana Moonlight Shadow buff duration reduced from 18 to 11 seconds.
* Razor Static Link damage drain rate reduced at max level from 88 to 66.
* Slardar Corrosive Haze armor reduction improved at OAA levels from 20/25 to 21/26.
* Slardar Level 20 Talent -5 Corrosive Haze Armor nerfed to -4.
* Slardar Bash cooldown increased from 4 to 4.4 seconds.

* Greater Phase Boots bonus damage reduced from 38/58/88/128/178 to 32/52/82/122/172.
* Small Cleaver recipe cost increased from 10 to 150.
* Silver Edge invis duration reduced from 14 to 10 seconds.
* Blood Sword (neutral item) moved from tier 3 to tier 4.
* Blood Sword (neutral item) bonus damage reduced from 50 to 40.
* Re-added Stormcrafter to tier 3 neutral items.

Balance tweaks 2 (#3515)

Heroes:
* Chatterjee Cleansing Shock scepter bonus damage to summons and illusions changed from 700/1000/1300/2200/3700 pure damage to 300/500/700/1300/1900 magical damage.
* Chatterjee Energy Absorption cooldown reduced from 16/15/14/13/12/11 to 14/13/12/11/10/9 seconds.
* Chatterjee Level 20 Talent -4s Energy Absorption cooldown replaced with +250 Energy Absorption Damage.
* Chatterjee Level 25 Talent Cleansing Shock Pierces Spell Immunity replaced with Cleansing Shock Deals Damage (7% of current health, magic damage)
* Chatterjee Level 25 Talent Static Grip Pseudo-Channel no longer provides free pathing during Static Grip.
* Lifestealer Level 25 Talent +1.2% Feast Lifesteal replaced with +0.6% Feast Damage
* Magnus Level 20 Talent +125 Shockwave damage increased to +250.
* Monkey King Wukong's Command scepter number of monkeys on the inner ring increased from 6 to 8.
* Naga Siren Mirror Image cooldown reduced from 40/35/30/25/25/25 to 31/29/27/25/24/23 seconds.
* Puck shard bonus magic damage rescaled from 20 to 10/15/20/25/50/75. (scales with Phase Shift level)
* Queen of Pain Blink shard damage increased at OAA levels from 350/450 to 500/750.
* Queen of Pain Sonic Wave damage increased at OAA levels from 1270/2230 to 1510/2710.
* Queen of Pain Level 15 Talent -0.7s Shadow Strike Damage Interval changed to +60 Shadow Strike Heal per Tick.
* Queen of Pain Level 25 Talent Sonic Wave 1.5s Fear increased to 1.75 seconds.
* Tinkerer base INT reduced from 30 to 25 (base damage increased by 5, starting damage unchanged).
* Tinkerer base STR increased from 18 to 19.
* Tinkerer base armor increased from 0 to 2.
* Tinkerer Smart Missiles % max hp damage now scales with missile travel distance. (Max hp damage changed from 7% to 0.1% - 8%. Max bonus damage range increased from 1800 to 2000.)
* Tinkerer's allies can now destroy keen nodes with just 1 attack.
* Tinkerer Level 20 Talent +50 Tar Spill burn damage changed to Tar Spill Amplifies Damage (by 15%).
* Tinkerer Level 25 Talent Tar Spill Amplifies Damage (by 25%) changed to Laser Contraption Applies Tar Spill.

Items:
* Blood Core active spell lifesteal increased from 175% to 200%. (increased from 35% to 40% against creeps and illusions)
* Enchanted Mango bonus hp regen increased from 0.3 to 0.4
* Enchanted Mango max stock number reduced from 16 to 8. (restock time is still 1 second)
* Enchanted Mango should now fully stack with allied mangoes in the inventory.
* Force Shield Staff bonus INT reduced from 10/25/45/70/100 to 10/15/25/40/60.
* Force Shield Staff passive attack damage block on melee hereos rescaled from 70/120/170/220/270 to 60/120/180/240/300.
* Force Shield Staff passive attack damage block on ranged heroes reduced from 35/70/105/140/175 to 30/60/90/120/150.
* Greater Phase Boots active buff no longer procs attacks if the user is stunned, hexed or banished.
* Greater Travel Boots bonus attack damage during duels increased from 16/24/32/40% to 18/26/34/42%.
* Greater Travel Boots bonus spell amp during duels reduced from 18/22/26/30% to 16/20/24/28%.
* Harpoon bonus attack speed reduced from 15/20/25/30/35 to 10/15/20/25/30.
* Healing Salve should now fully stack with allied Healing Salves in the inventory.
* Healing Salves are now finally purchasable in duel side shops.
* Neutral items tier 1 (token) drop chance increased from 7% to 10%.

Random fixes (#3513)

* Chen Divine Favor bonus hp regen increased at levels 1-2 from 2/4 to 4/6.
* Lycan Wolf level 1 damage reduced from 20-23 to 20.
* Lycan Wolf level 1 magic resistance increased from 40% to 70%.
* Lycan Wolf level 1 gold bounty reduced from 21 to 16.
* Fixed Mirana Arrow stun piercing debuff immunity
* Fixed Broodmother Spawn Spiderlings not spawning more spiders if old spiders expired without dying to something.

Dragon Knight fixes and shard improvement (#3512)

* Fixed some Dragon Knight tooltips
* Fixed Dragon Knight in Elder Dragon Form not applying Frostbite attack with Breathe Fire.
* Elder Dragon Form Frostbite attack healing reduction decreased from 50% to 40%. (because it pierces BKB now and it stacks with Skadi and Shivas).
* Fireball (shard ability) now also deals 4% of max hp as damage and reveals invisible units.
* Fixed Elder Dragon Form Frostbite Attack being disabled with break.

Shrines rewrite + Panorama small refactor (#3511)

* Small refactor of panorama files
* Rewrote healing shrines - aoe again, don't work for enemies, don't give xp. Enemy shrines still give a little bit of vision.
* Healing Shrines now heal invulnerable and banished units.
* Healing Shrines are now available (off cooldown) at the start of the game.
* Added aoe vision indicator when you hold alt.
* Improved Extension Shrine.


Phylactery changes, Muerta nerf, Hoodwink Talent (#3510)

Hoodwink:
* Acorn Shot bounce count increased by 1 at all levels
* -4 armor corruption talent moved to 15, overwrites bounce count talent
* new +25% base damage talent at level 20

Muerta:
* Pierce the Veil cooldown increased from 75/60/45/40/35 to 75/70/65/60/55 seconds.

Phylactery:
* Slow duration increased from 1.5 to 1.5/1.75/2.0/2.25/2.5 seconds.
* Slow amount increased from 50% to 50/60/70/80/90%.


Chatterjee walk animation fix (#3508)

* Reduced framerate from 24 to 3. Lmao.
* Added footstep sound to the animation.
* Increased footstep sound volume from 0.349792 to 1.0

Developer cheats update + some error fixes (#3506)

* Fixed dev attack ability
* Fixed Debug and DebugPrint not being global in some modules.
* Added -blink dev cheat command, does the same as -dagger.
* Added all available commands to the list of commands when using -help or -list
* Added -entity_count and -memory commands.

10v10 update (#3505)

10v10 map:
* Disabled Bloodseeker, Wraith King and Treant Protector on the 10v10 map.
* Broodmother Spawn Spiderlings max number of spiderlings reduced from 15 to 7 on the 10v10 map.
* Silencer Permanent INT steal range reduced from 925 to 450 on the 10v10 map.
* Random Draft number of banned heroes for 10v10 map reduced from 75 to 50.
