- Made the GFX limits tenfold the Vanilla values instead of just doubled.
- Modified speed, acceleration and rotation of the military ships.
- Reduced the influence cost of the auto-upgrade buildings edict to 15 from 30. Also reduced the length to 1 year from 2 years.
- Added some missing localisations for the build cost multipliers of the civilian stations.
- Modified the extra large weapons so they can be used efficiently by stations and in orbital combat.

- Recolored all particle effects for ancient weapons. Lighter colors are now used for the ancient weapons.
- Seperated new technologies from Vanilla technologies. Should increase partial compatibility with other mods.
- Added modified sector budgets.
- Disabled the spawning for the prescripted countries so more random countries appear in the game.

- Increased the tech cost increase for new colonies to +25%. Default is 10%, previous modded version was 5%. Apparently this is divided by two ingame.
- The first 1 million pops will not give any tech cost anymore. Makes for a gameplay in which single planet countries have an advantage and having a large population country is not disadvantaged.
- Added slightly different assets for fallen empires, swarm and AI to fix the error messages and the mammalian model fallbacks.
- Added planet scale defines because the game kept asking for it.
- Reduced the maximum pirate fleet compositions in size.
- Also reduced the complexity of respawn trigger for the pirate events.
- Modified mineral reserves defines for the AI.
- Modified energy budgets for the AI.
- Increased the amount of trade ships per planet for the AI slightly so they form a total of 101 meaning they should have 1 trade ship per planet.
- Doubled the planet modifier for large fallen empire ships because they can use some more of those with the larger ships of this mod.
- Increased maximum amount of trade ships for the AI to total 100 even it has enough planets to support a larger trade fleet.
- Removed sector increase edict.
- Reduced the tech per planet increase slightly. Now every planet gives +10%.
- Added a define that should make the AI 'aware' of the fact that there is longer any mineral maintenance.
- Added mineral budget factor defines and modified them.
- Reduced the maximum amount of constructors and other civilian ships.
- Reduced maintenance for military stations to -75% from -50%.
- Increased weights for some planetary edicts.

- Increased weights for new ship technologies. They will appear more often.
- Also increased weights for the military stations and trade ship technologies.
- Fine tweaked the energy balance budget for the AI.
- Increased base navy size increase for spaceports. A spaceport level 1 will now give 10 navy size. Level 6, 30.
