Added Cyber Fluid.

Cyber Fluid can be crafted by smelting CyberData in a tier 3 furnace. It is listed as an ingredient.

Contact with Cyber Fluid causes a 30 second boost to energy regeneration, as well as a green glow for your character. However, it also emits radiation, which can only be negated with a radiation-capable EPP.

Changed the sliding hatches to poke out a bit more than they were.
