- One Chance: You as The Lost have one shot to clear each and every room without dying horribly. Don't let it go to waste when it truly matters.
- 1000 Degree Knife: It's a really hot knife that'll cut through enemies like butter. Perhaps recording this challenge will get tons of views on YouTube, too.
- Rift Walker: Every shot you take opens up a transdimensional rift that submerges the realm of existence into mass particle-scattering oblivion. Nothing unusual.
- Low Budget: Money makes the world go round, and that's especially true, since now you need money at all times in order to damage enemies.
