The Alterbirth Challenge Pack is a collection of custom challenges designed for play on The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ on Steam, for PC, Mac, and Linux.

The pack will be updated regularly to contain new custom challenges, which aim to take advantage of the numerous built-in synergies that The Binding of Isaac has to offer.

This pack is also designed for the unofficial The Binding of Isaac: αlterbirth expansion mod, a collection of unofficial additional content which will be released at a later date.
