- added Universal Collapse
- added Scythe of the Ancients
- Prime core damage buff
- Gauss Rifle E-14 damage buff
- reworked recipes for essence armor
- added debuffs "Last Word" and "Word of Pain"

You know what? Fucc this! It's an update!

- Prime Core fix.
- Armor augment slots fix.
- Added new ranged weapon: Gauss Rifle E-14.
- Vitality Augment got regen nerf.
- Infused Conserve now stacks!(I hope so...)
- minor fixes.

Nerfed essential armor defence from 240 to 80.
Craft time reduced:
Ancient manipulator from 10min to 2min,
Essential armor from 1min to 30sec,
Essential drill from 30sec to 15sec,
Infused food from 10sec to 5sec,
Prime core from 30sec to 15sec,
Vitality augment from 1min to 30sec,
Vault key from 5min to 2min 30sec.
