Essentia+ will solve this problem!
All items can be crafted at Ancient Manipulator. Ancient Manipulator can be crafted at RTCore.
Infused armor actualy is upgraded version of perfect armor, grants 80def, 500+ - energy, 700+ - damage boost, 400+ - health, every armor piece costs 2000 essence and perfect armor piece.
Essential armor actualy is upgraded version of infused armor, grants 80def, 900+ energy, 2000+ damage boost, 800+ health, every armor piece costs 2500 essence and infused armor piece.
Essentia Drill have 5x5 mining radius, infinite durability, costs 5000 essence, 15 solarium stars & 5 durasteel bars.
Vitality augment grants great regeneration(30s to full health), costs 10000 essence, 1 solarium star & 1 durasteel bar.
Infused Conserve gives you wellfed buff(that buff prevents you from getting hungry and grants slow regen), jumpboost & runboost for 1 hour, costs 1 canned food & 500 essence.
Prime Core is a chakram, something alike 100-200+ -
Defender of the world is a one-hand shield with 7500 durability, can be crafted with 5000 essence, 4 solarium stars, 15 durasteel bars.
Gauss Rifle E-14 is a two-hand rifle, 200+ dps, 6500 essence, 40 durasteel bars.
Universal Collapse is a two-hand rocket machinegun(!), nothing more to say, 20k essence, 80 durasteel bars, 40 solarium stars.
Also you can craft a vault key at Ancient Manipulator with 1000 essence, 1 solarium star & 2 durasteel bar.
And you even can convert your pixels into ancient essence, 100 pixels = 1 essence.

Meta Weapon - Imbalanced powerfull weapon, with capatibility of killing anything(even 'Punchy'(monster which can be used to test damage)). To see meta weapons in full power, install any mod that removes damage cap. Currently there are only one meta weapon.

Meta Weapons:
- Meta Weapon, first melee weapon in this mod. Every attack inflicts enemy in debuff 'Word of Pain'
- Word of Pain - debuff, which duration is 10 seconds, deals electrical damage every 0.25 seconds, it's damage grows by 1 every time it deals damage.
Alternative ability deals no damage, but inflicts enemy in debuff 'Last Word'
- Last Word - debuff, which duration nearly infinite, deals electrical damage every 0.5 seconds, it's damage grows by 1 every time it deals damage.

All crafts are pain:
Ancient manipulator craft time is 2min
Essential Armor has craft time 30sec every piece
Vault key craft time is 2min 30sec
Essentia Drill craft time is 15s
Infused food craft time is 5s
Prime Core craft time is 15s
Infused armor craft time is 5s
Defender of the World craft time 15s.
Gauss Rifle E-14 craft time 25s.
Universal Collapse craft time 50s.
Scythe of the Ancients craft time 55s.
