Updated to the most recent version of Warhammer TW.

Few things removed -
No horsemasters or manticores
No variety between tribes

Variety and other things will return later and in much more depth now I dont have to worry about CA releasing more DLC and breaking everything.

Works with the new patch

Improved the compatibility of the mod, no more data_core db files now.

Tweaked balance a bit, norse factions now get slightly more base income, from 750 to 1250.

Anti Chaos buff to the northern factions has been reduced aswell, down to +10 leadership for Kislev and Krak Drakk, and +5 leadership for Ostland and Nordland.
