Krogans are no longer able to panic. Also fixed regeneration being stopped by things that weren't the Krogan being set on fire.

Nerfed HP of Krogans (is now 9 - 8 - 8 - 7), added voice line for activation of Wallbreaker, added encyclopedia entry to XCOM Archives. Krogans can also now be only be bought, not earned as rewards from scanning sites or missions.

Did rebalancing of Krogan stats.

Re-enabled female korgan. (Remember this is an alternate universe where the Elders went around fucking everybody else's shit up waaay before they got to Earth. Krogan never got to the point where they felt like they damn well owned the galaxy and started a war that would end in them getting the Genophage.)
