fixes character creation not granting MMs

some cleanup:

* racial Manipulators are applied differently, and in a less messy fashion
* racial hunger effects are a bit less heavy in terms of code

more MM upgrade data changes

tweak to mm upgrade code for a minor issue with vanilla MM upgrades

removed some doubled crap in the shield file causing issues

kemono should get their proper shield bonus

FU related update for MM upgrading

felin no longer mistakenly state they get Insanity immunity

fixed a typo on avian race info

ningen no longer count as Carnivore, and are properly Omnivores. My bad!
