Rewrote the whole mod:
- Added Erchius Eye
- Working tooltip version for Dragonhead Pistol and Miniknog Launcher added
- Legendarys now have stats AND description
- New and better code is more likely to be compatible with other mods.

Removed Dragonhead Pistol and Miniknog Launcher from the mod. They are not working as intended.
