Hotfix for mech launching causing a crash, just a simple crash fix for now~

Hotfix for bad eye shines. I fixed up the head sprites to keep the shine, but make it more subtle, closer to what Avians have.

Huge content anc balance patch including guns and armor as well as the addition of familiars as villagers and outpost visiters, and a handful of familiar-based furniture.
