madness effects should depend on your total madness accrued

adjusted recipes for Dark Matter, Morphite and State-Phase Gel to be less aggravating and grind-inducing. They should now require base components rather than forcing 3rd-tier stations like the gas centrifuge

brain extractor should now be craftable as intended
