reduced crafting times for basic resources to 0.25 seconds rather than vanilla default rate. This should reduce headaches.

removes the auto-hats from crewmembers from my test. I kinda liked the hats, but whatever. Some people whined.

added crew members to FU

now, im not sure how starbound handles them 100% just yet. They work when spawned, but I am not sure if they will appear on your colonists after quests completed and the like.

Please inform me if you *do* get some of them. If people are not getting them I will need to find another method to bestow them to you.

These are the options, and what they provide to you

Volcanologist - immunity to normal heat
Geologist - sells ore
Arctic Explorer - immunity to normal cold
Gas Specialist - immunity to gases
Biohazard Scientist - immunity to normal radiation
Scientist - Buffs your jump and run speed.
Warrior - Brawny bruiser
Assassin - Poison immunity
Beast Hunter - Kills stuff
Greg - Greg
