-rebalanced vazuran reward armor components - they are now tier 7 components using vanilla tier 7 values for armor, upkeep and partly modified cost for construction - which means they are above dragon scale armor and considering it is easier to kill a dragon (atleast it was in the past) they should be
-changed effectFile entries in gfx files

Added option to prevent Sadrell (Orphan Gate civilization) from spawning
Hopefully fixed Kill Switch option for Broken Clock
Vazurans are now hostile to AI empires by default rather than as an option, the option works now reversed
Further reduced possibility of getting a homeworld attack after destroying on of their fleets. Slower increase of likelyhood than before as the killcount grows. First two are free.

-added a few more exists checks to avoid invalid context switch errors in the log

-added option to set Vazurans to be hostile towards AI empires. They already do all the damage to stations via event effect, but people complained the AI would get "preferential" treatment. Now you can remedy this, but be aware that the AI might suicide its fleets, which is why they were set to be neutral in the first place...

-cleaned up errorlog as good as possible for now (invalid context switch)
-replaced outdated modifiers in various places
-hopefully fixed broken clock habitat name (report if not)
-religious fanatics will only bother you about the crawler if you already have established contact with them (same for other diplo events like it)
-space race will no longer be cancelled because of war (would be just a massive waste of time in the gal com otherwise)
-removed galactic focus category override and made a new category for vazuran resolutions to avoid compatibility issues

changes to the vazuran raids
-fleet composition now progresses with years_passed rather than based on target empire's technologies
-significantly reduced damage output, halved armor, removed damage reducing effects from combat aura (only armor penetration is still negated by it), lowered hull points
-increased time between appearance of rift and fleet from 30 to 60-90 days
-increased time at raid target for raiding fleet from 120 to 240 days
-both time increases should make interception more achievable than before
-destroyed raiding fleets will now offer rewards to the player
-destroying raiding fleet will no longer guarantee a retaliation fleet, but there is a chance that it will happen (growing more likely the more raiding fleets are destroyed and resetting once happened)
-destroying raiding fleets makes it very likely to be targeted by another raid (raiding fleets get some additional ships based on the counter of destroyed fleets)
