Added mixed blessings potentials, Non-human potentials (currently for robotic units only) that can be enabled in the My Documents .ini or with MCM, ability effects can be tweaked in a new .ini named XComPotentialsStats.ini, which can be found at (wherever XCOM 2 is installed)\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\695216006\Config

Added console commands to manually assign potentials:

GivePotential(soldier name, potential name) will give a potential as long as the three slots aren't fulfilled.

Soldier name is a soldier's first name and last name formatted like so: "John Doe"

Potential name is the internal code for the Potential.

PotentialsHelp should generate a list of the internal codes in the console.
