[Tweaked]Thunderstorms will get position of the player once they are about to spawn and will not spawn randomly around the map.
[Tweaked]Slightly less chances for snow to fall (-4%) and slightly more overcast that requires to happen (+5%).
[Tweaked]Ambient patrolling helicopters will now be able to have more variation on the available types of helicopters to spawn.
[Tweaked]Daytime will now multiply by 4x instead of 2x.
[Added]Animal spawn script that will spawn various animals random around your area.

Fix for supply drop script, crates will now fall inside the map.
