- Added fog and z-clip to further increase fps

- Changed insurgent spawns on last checkpoint CP
- Changed most bushes from prop_static to ins_foliage
- Some visleaf cleanup

I couldn't find scripts for Outpost coop, but will update once i find a template.

This update broke PVP spawning for no apparent reason. I'll try to find the problem asap.
