Update 1.23.9.5 (another quick fix cus broken shit, hopefully last quick fix for a while... dat version name is so gay)
- Added ability for >85mm high velocity shells to spall armor
- Changed blood hit fx
- Changed some accuracy values for MG veterancy levels
- Changed some prices for mechanized units and edited mech panzergrenadier squad setup
- Changed Gebirgsjägers to have same cooldown as other level 7 troops
- Fixed panzergrenadier mg34 gunner missing helmet
- Fixed crash error when starting game in 1943
- Fixed spalling tag for super heavy tanks (maus) which gave them light tank ammunition size giving them extremely high ammuntion detonation chances when spalled
- Reduced spalling chances for super heavy tanks
- Removed engine break chance when big shells hit the hull even when not penetrating

Update 1.23.7
- Added 95mm HEAT shells from Cromwell 95
- Added new ammunition crates with special ammunition like APCR,HEAT,APDS,HVAP,WP
- Changed all sherman tanks speed and mobility according to engine used in that variant
- Changed Alamo 5v5 to 4v4
- Changed bolt action AT rifles to have better accuracy than semi-auto variants
- Changed Dickermax and Sturer emil to "all" setting only

- Improved AI cannon aiming, reduced aiming tolerance from 2 degrees to 0.1 degrees, meaning the AI will no longer prefire (fire before fully aiming at the target)
