Fixed incorrect FIFA Champions League history (as funny as Barca B winning the 2015 CWC would have been, it didn't happen)
Restructured qualifying yet again:
-Previous year's CL and WL winners no longer get an automatic spot, due to it causing the game to pick incorrect qualifiers in a way that I wasn't able to fix.
-Major nations now mostly enter in the 3rd and 4th qualifying rounds, to minimize conflicts with the World Cup. Details in the information posts.

Assorted bugfixes.
Adjusted fixture dates to better avoid international breaks and also to avoid stretching playoff phase until Christmas Eve.
Organized stage display to be less cluttered.

Qualifying process restructured: documentation will be updated over the next few days, but note the following summary:

All 209 FIFA member nations now submit at least one qualifier to the Champions League qualifying process.
Higher reputation nations submit more qualifiers, who get byes to the later qualifying rounds.
-Qualifying rounds are now part of the Champions League rather than the World League, to avoid bugs and unpredictable behaviour caused by the double cross-over process.
-There are now four qualifying rounds, running from mid-June through the end of July. The final qualifying round still sends its winner to the CL group stage and its loser to the WL group stage.

World League winners now qualify for following year's Champions League, as originally intended.

Fixed some errors with fixture clashes and assorted other bugs.
Added competition histories for 2015 after conclusion of 2015 Club World Cup.
