Increased suppression radius from 1.5 to 2.0.

Realized the Flamethrower and the Plasma Torch don't really need as high mitigation as they previously had, because of armor degradation in combat. Therefor I'm going back to 36 ammo capacity and 9 flames per attack. Damage and mitigation is lowered in relation to this: Flamethrower 10+10, Plasma Torch 20+20.

Forgot to a string for the Plasma Torch connected to the research of the weapon. Fixed!

-- Added the Plasma Torch to the game! It has the same stats as the Flamethrower (but with higher damage output and suppression, of course), uses plasma cells and is available for manufacture once Heavy Plasmas have been researched.
