Version 4:

1) Like the rest of my DBZ Civs I've been updating, Grand Elder Moori's Responses and Dialogue have been fixed and increased in variety and uniqueness. Say goodbye to some default civ chat and hello to the real deal!

2) Marginally altered Grand Moori's personality to match the more tradional namekian.

3) Fixed Namekian Civilization First Greeting dissapearing when playing with other non-DBZ Civ mods. Let me know if the problem persists.
