Added a switch to The Village so that you can unstuck the pushable blocks should you get them stuck.
A few other tweaks and clean ups

* The pit in the Lower Catacombs now has a functioning teleporter to get back out

* Adjusted the Final Boss fight to give a better queue to how to defeat him
* Fish now respawn
* First room's room key is now written somewhere
* Added More Throwing Weapons
* Added More Bombs
* Fixed a secret trigger in the Upper Catacombs
* Altered the 'ending' credits stuff slightly

* Fixed The Hive's 'module height' setting
* Fixed Elder Dena's combination
* Fixed a bug that would cause the final boss encounter to get 'stuck'

NOTE: if you encounter the issue with the final boss encounter please review the following hint:
You can still finish the fight. There IS a way to get him out of the room. Can you figure out how?
If you still cannot finish the fight, review this hint:
Use the teleport spell on him while he is in the room

* A secret wall in the Upper Catacombs is no longer able to walked through
* Fixed a bug where falling into pits in the High Priest Tombs would result in being inside of walls
* The Philosopher's Stones puzzle in the Mall of Enoch no longer allows moving the stones east and west which would result in breaking the puzzle
* Added reflection maps throughout the scenario
* Fixed the platform puzzle in the Temple Grounds so that the party can no longer go over the edge (getting stuck)
* Fixed a game ending bug where the door in the southwest part of the Temple of Aurelius would close due to a monster triggering a floor panel accidently. If you do not update to this version of the maps, you may need to run these commands to reset the doors:

timer_14.timer:stop()
tomb_door_stone_8.door:open()
tomb_door_stone_9.door:open()

* Changed the way the scenario ends so that the LoG2 credits no longer show. They should be saved for the normal campaign.
* Removed the trigger and link to lindworm_cinematic - ah, the joys of tinkering
* Added a little more food
