Base Changes:
+ Code overall is now a lot more clean

+ RunBehaviour function completely redone, anyone that is using this base is recommended to use the new RunBehaviour function since it improves performance.

+ New pathing function which also improves performance and fixes the issue that severely lowers fps when in a spot with no path.

+ New base functions have been added in for anyone who decides to use the base.

+ Collision, melee weapons should now hit the zombies now along with various SWEPs.

+ Most zombies behave differently when ignited.

+ Zombies have a new targetting method that can be changed via the command "nb_targetmethod"
+ Zombies can now ignore a team that can be changed via the command "nb_ignoreteam"

Zombie Changes:
+ New nextbots: "realism" tank and "casual" tank. Realism tank being much more difficult while the casual one being easier in terms of damage, speed, attack speed etc.

+ Fixate function is now more reliable and efficent
+ Throw function is now more reliable and efficent
+ Smash functions should be more reliable and efficent

Bug Fixes:
+ Fixed the bug that occured after the tank has killed an npc that would cause the tank to freeze in place.
+ The tank should no longer swtich mid-through statuses.
